Even your computer has a sleep mode and your mobile phone has an airplane mode. Meditation can decrease stress, improve performance and lead to better decision making.

 

Some archaeologists have dated meditation as far back as 5000BC. Used in various ancient cultures, the goal was to unplug and still the mind. In modern day, our brains look at several gadgets, we speak to more people in a week than our brains were evolved to meet.

 

Before we short circuit, we can use this ancient practice that has been proven by modern science to have numerous benefits. It has been shown to reduce stress, improve brain cognition and may also decrease levels of inflammatory cykotines, which could lead to depression.

 

If your corporate meditation is part of a training day, we will ask what workshops are on so that we can tailor your meditation. You may need a reset meditation, an energising meditation or simply a calming meditation.
